Will be at the GenreCon Night Markets in Queensland

If you are around Southbank Friday night the 22nd November between 5-9pm come and say hi to me at the GenreCon Night Markets.

It is free to register so come along and we’ll catch up.

I’ll be selling “Wolf and the Crow” but more than happy to just chill with a conversation or two. Happy to sign the book if you have already bought as well.

See you there!

Upcoming Changes to the Blog

Over the last two weeks I’ve had to work on prioritising my time, so I am sorry I haven’t written much on the blog.

It was a hard decision to make but I’ve decided to keep my blog related to writing from now on. Future gaming and IT tech related news is going to re-home itself at thelatenightsession.com, where I have been writing game reviews and other interesting tech articles for a few years.

The reason for this is simple. I am working on book two of The Ebonsheare Chronicles and that has to remain my priority for the next six months. I love writing about gaming and tech, so I’m still hoping to contribute on Night Owl’s blog – just not necessarily in a regular fashion.

My wife, Peta (the amazing editor) and yours truly at the recent Wolf and the Crow book launch.

Thank you to those who have provided feedback and said you’ve enjoyed reading Wolf and the Crow. It has been an exciting project and that is why I want my focus to be finishing Book 2. I’ll provide updates on the progress of Book 2 via my website as well.

Over the next week, my web presence will take a more website like approach and move away from the blog one. Please feel free to still reach out to me via:

Wolf and the Crow Book Launch

Recently the Wolf and the Crow launch happened on a sunny Saturday afternoon. It was held at the Dayboro Art Gallery. Thanks to the Gallery for such a good venue.

It was great to have an official launch on a book that had been a work in progress for quite some time. Thanks to Ocean Reeve Publishing for helping me make this book a reality.

As mentioned in my debut novel’s acknowledgement, I’d also like to thank a good friend of mine, Dale – for letting our original story come to light.

Here are some photos on the day.

Wolf and the Crow is available on Amazon (ebook and paperback).

Wolf and the Crow now available on eBook!

I’m really pleased to announce that the eBook of the Wolf and the Crow is also now available.

You will be able to find this on Amazon.

Also available on Kindle Unlimited as well for those who have subscribed.

I’d like to thank my family and friends who helped me through this journey. Of course it wouldn’t have been possible with my publisher, Ocean Reeve Publishing.

Book 2 is already well underway, and I’m hoping for a May / June 2020 release. I hope you enjoy!

Wolf and the Crow now available on paperback.

I’m very pleased to announce that Wolf and the CrowBook One of the Ebonsheare Chronicles is now available in all good online bookstores.

This novel is an exciting start to a trilogy, and I hope you all enjoy it. The easiest way to find it is to search for “Wolf and the Crow” or “Ebonsheare”.

It will be added to more online marketplaces over the coming days. An eBook option coming very soon.

Any comments or questions, please feel free to leave them below!

Novel release is getting closer

I’ve sent back some final changes to the publisher for my debut novel. Overall I’m really happy with it, so I think it will only need one more brief review before it can be released.

Certainly has been a bigger process to bring to the publishing point than I first expected. I imagine Book 2 of The Ebonsheare Chronicles will be a lot easier, as I have a good grasp of the full process now.

Thanks to all my readers and fans for their support. I know you have been waiting for a while, but (fingers crossed) it won’t be long now.

Have a great week all – and will post again soon!
